What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email and — if you provide them — phone number, company or condominium name, and the message you write.
We also record the page the submission came from and a hashed version of your IP address. The raw IP is never stored; the hash exists solely to rate-limit automated submissions.
How we use it
Exclusively to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you request.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where the data lives
Form data is stored in a database hosted in the São Paulo region, with access restricted by authentication and row-level security policies.
The site is served by Vercel. Typefaces are self-hosted — no request from your browser goes to third-party font servers.
Cookies and measurement
We use audience analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
This site displays Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may confirm whether your data is processed, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@eniacinfotech.com.br. We respond within 15 days.
Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion.
