What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email and — if you provide them — phone number, company or condominium name, and the message you write.
We also record the page the submission came from and a hashed version of your IP address. The raw IP is never stored; the hash exists solely to rate-limit automated submissions.
How we use it
Exclusively to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you request.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where the data lives
Form data is stored in a database hosted in the São Paulo region, with access restricted by authentication and row-level security policies.
The site is served by Vercel. Typefaces are self-hosted — no request from your browser goes to third-party font servers.
Cookies, measurement and ads
On your first visit a notice offers two choices. Until you choose — and if you choose "essential only" — Google tools load in restricted mode: no advertising cookie, no ad identifier, and anonymous audience measurement. That is Google Consent Mode, denied by default.
If you accept, we use cookies to measure traffic in aggregate and to serve Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use those cookies to personalize ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.
You can revisit the choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and you can turn off personalized advertising directly in Google Ads Settings (myadcenter.google.com).
Ads carry an "Advertisement" label and stay visually separate from editorial content. No article is written or altered because of an advertiser.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may confirm whether your data is processed, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time.

Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion.
