Who writes, how we check facts, where AI comes in, and what happens when we get something wrong.

Who publishes

The blog is run by Eniac Infotech, company registration (CNPJ) 17.356.897/0001-93, which since 2013 has installed electronic security in Rio de Janeiro — CCTV, alarms, electric fencing, gates, barriers and access control — and builds custom software.

We are not a news outlet. We write about what we install and what we program, and that is where the authority comes from: what you learn on site and in maintenance, not desk research.

The company, not an anonymous byline, is responsible for what is published.

How an article is produced

Topics come from two places: questions clients ask repeatedly, and changes in regulation or law affecting property owners, condominiums and businesses in Rio.

News-driven articles are researched on the web and end with the list of sources actually consulted — public bodies, courts, technical standards and industry associations. Evergreen guides rest on current legislation, technical standards and installation practice.

We do not invent figures, dates, statutes or study names. Where the honest answer is a price range rather than an exact number, we publish the range and explain what moves it.

Where AI comes in

Some articles are drafted with AI assistance from a brief we define. Those are signed "Redação Eniac Infotech"; pieces written directly by the team are signed "Equipe Eniac Infotech".

The tool helps with drafting — it does not decide what is true. Editorial responsibility for the published text stays with the company, which is why the byline is institutional and the correction channel is ours.

We do not publish AI text on subjects we do not know simply to occupy search results.

Advertising and independence

The site shows Google AdSense advertising, labelled "Advertisement" and kept visually separate from the text.

No advertiser picks topics, reviews articles or buys a mention. We publish no sponsored content, and an ad next to an article is not our endorsement of what it advertises.

When we mention our own product or service, we say it is ours.

Corrections

If you found something wrong, write to contato@eniacinfotech.com.br naming the article and the passage. We fix the text and, when the correction changes the meaning of what was published, we note the change in the article itself.

We would rather correct than defend.

What this blog is not

It is not legal advice or a technical report. Every property is different, and no article replaces an on-site survey.

Nor do we promise absolute security: an electronic system reduces risk, it does not remove it.
